A step-by-step guide to make ordering your items online, easy:
- Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the main page.
- Click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
- Fill in your Name, Email Address and Password, then click REGISTER.
- In your Account, you can change your password (in SETTINGS) and keep track of all of your placed orders. Here, you can also add your billing information.
- Add the desired Annique products to your cart, and then once you are happy to proceed, you can click CART where you will be redirected to a page with your items. Kindly confirm the order by clicking CHECKOUT or Continue Shopping to add more products to the cart.
- On Checkout, your billing and shipping address will be required.
- Select a payment option: Electronic Funds Transfer or immediate payment with Credit Card via Payfast.
- You will then be directed to PayFast Secure Payment Gateway to enter your credit card details or be given instructions of how to perform an EFT. Follow the necessary steps.
- An on-screen message will confirm your order.
- A confirmation email will be mailed when payment was successfully received.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number which can be tracked on the courier company we will be using at the time. We will notify you which company this is and how you can track your parcel.
- You can also sign in to your account and view the status of your order.
Shipping and delivery
Orders within South Africa:
Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quick as possible, orders can take from 1 – 4 working days for delivery depending on the destination. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.
We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however this may not always be possible. Should it happen that any product is out of stock,we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.
Once you received your tracking number, please allow 12 hours before checking on the relevant website of the courier company as most packages will only be scanned on the system in the afternoon when the delivery vehicle arrives at the depot.
